How LeBauer Physical Therapy

Dr. Aaron LeBauer is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. He owns LeBauer Physical Therapy, LLC, with his wife Andra, in Greensboro, N.C. He has been helping active people stay fit, active and healthy without medications, injections or surgery since 1999. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Elon University in 2008. Dr. LeBauer graduated from Duke University in 1996 with a B.A. in History and moved to San Francisco where he studied Massage Therapy and Health Education at the National Holistic Institute. He has specialized in Myofascial Release since 2000 and is an Instructor with the John F. Barnes MFR Seminars. A native of Greensboro, Dr. LeBauer returned in 2005 to continue the third generation of LeBauers as health care professionals in Greensboro.
Dr. LeBauer helps weekend warriors, high level athletes, desk jockeys, students, children and anyone with pain, stiffness return to the activities the love without expensive imaging, pain medications, injections or surgery. He specializes in treating people with chronic conditions, pain and injuries which have not responded to traditional treatments and therapies with the goal of helping patients have less pain, move better and feel wonderful in their bodies.
Dr. LeBauer also helps other physical therapists start and grow successful cash-based physical therapy practices. He has developed an online training course that describes in detail how to start a small private practice, along with his marketing secrets and strategy. Dr. LeBauer enjoys riding one of his vintage Vespa and Lambretta scooters or his bicycle to work. He has raced bicycles since high school and as a category 1 amateur throughout the United States. He was based out of Northern California and North Carolina and spent a very memorable summer racing in Belgium, France and the Netherlands. He enjoys working in his garden and has an edible landscape including pears, apples, scuppernogs (native muscadine grapes), raspberries, blueberries, figs, various seasonal vegetables and shiitake mushrooms. He has two beautiful daughters and an amazing wife.
Andra West LeBauer
Andra is a Certified Yoga Instructor and a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist. She has always had an intuitive sense of the body and has been giving massage to family and friends as long as she can remember. She completed her Massage Therapy training in 2000 at the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, California.
Andra began her study and practice of Hatha Yoga in 1996, as a way to relax her mind and heal her body. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training program in 2001 at The Mindful Body in San Francisco, California. Andra graduated from Guilford College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Medicine. Andra incorporates her understanding of massage, meditation, yoga, and the human body into every session with the intention of making the experience a complete mind, body, spirit interaction.
Dr. Nielsen is from Salt Lake City and a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia. He believes strongly in helping his community become more active and teaching them to take charge of their health through his expertise in hands-on treatments, pain conditions, injuries and movement problems by empowering and educating his patients so they can continue staying active, healthy and taking care of themselves long afer being treated in our clinic.
Sarah grew up in Wichita, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Family Life and Community Service. She has made Greensboro her home since 2008. Sarah loves being active with her two beautiful children, Anna and Ben. From swim meets, to soccer games, piano recitals and weekend beach trips she is a busy and proud mom.
Sarah enjoys her role as Customer Care Specialist at LeBauer Physical Therapy. She likes connecting with patients and helping to serve them.
When she isn’t helping at LeBauer P.T., you can often find her at the Bryan Y downtown where she is a personal trainer and teaches Pilates. Sarah is on her own journey of health and wellness and enjoys helping and empowering others who are trying to take their own steps on this path.
