An inflatable ball is an excellent self treatment tool you can use to release tight muscles and fascia. It is especially easy to use in your back, hips, front of your shoulders or chest and stomach. It can also be used to treat your arms and legs, but it may be necessary to modify your position, use your opposite hand to hold the ball or pillows as bolsters as the ball has a tenancy to roll out from underneath you.
